The general public may browse, search, view, and retrieve Public Content that registered users have chosen to make public.
PromptNotes.ai is a hosting and discovery platform. We do not author, curate, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or fitness for any purpose of Public Content, which independent third-party users create and post.
You may browse and search Public Content without registering. Publishing, forking, starring, commenting, bulk downloading, or accessing private repositories requires registration and acceptance of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for Registered Users.

Public Content is contributed by registered users and is subject to a detailed Acceptable Use Policy. As a visitor, be aware the Site prohibits — and works to remove — content that is harmful, unethical, illegal, or fraudulent, including prompts that facilitate violence, weapon development, malicious code, child sexual abuse material, fraud or deception, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights. We make no representation that any Public Content is accurately licensed, and disclaim liability for licensing errors made by contributing users.
The PromptNotes.ai name, logo, Site design, and underlying software (excluding Public Content and open-source components) belong to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors.
The Site and all Public Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or safety. Prompts and related artifacts may produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or harmful outputs when run against a third-party AI model. You are solely responsible for evaluating and testing content before use.
